Haha. As it happens i've been out today to shoot around a lake where also ppl were sunbathing. Felt a bit emberassed to take pictures of them nearby! Felt a bit like some old dirty pervert.
uhuh! you can be arrested for that here. Saw on tv once ( a documentary) of policemen dressed as civilians on the lookout for people taking photos of bikini-clad girls on the beach. I know you are not a perv but some are and they sell their photos to the girly magazines.
From Gold Coast City Daily Photo - I don't usually take photo's of girls on the beach, I was just at the right place at the right time and had to have at least one photo of a girl in a bikini on the beach. I did feel nervous taking it.
Did you see the size of the camera lens of the guy in the top right hand corner?

I laughed when I saw the photo because it looks like she´s looking straight at the camera.
I had the same nervous feeling like you when I took a similar photo a few days ago in the park =)
