I love how close the wing gets to the water.

Ready for take-off

It was facinating to watch these pelicans. A few of them would fly a little further up the sand bar and when they got there, the few up there would take off. Those in the air would look for fish and then land in the main group where the cycle would continue.

Each to their own

Some come to the Gold Coast to relax, some to enjoy the sun at the beack. Others come to party and some to shop and enjoy the sights. And then there are the ones who just love to go full throttle over the water.

A meeting place for the birds

This looks like an exclusive resort for seagulls only. Notice the guard seagull in the bottom right hand corner.

Wreck

I noticed this boat wreck when I had my camera on zoom and I hope to visit it one day.
